hi,
can you tell me if you teach and make the dumpling dough in your class at brooklyn kitchen, or do you use store-bought/pre-made wrappers?
thank you.
Hello,
I use the ones from the stores. There will be a dough making class soon at Dump School, where we’ll go through your basic dumpling dough, starch wrappers and wonton skins. Please check back for more info.
Thanks for your love of dumplings!
Hi,
I saw that you are teaching at Haven’s Kitchen in August. I was wondering if you could divulge what you will be teaching before I decide to sign up.
Thanks.
Yup! Summer Rolls with Peanut Sauce, Caramelized Pork Belly Bahn Mi, and Bun Chay.
Thanks so much. I contacted Haven’s Kitchen and found out that you teach the Thai Street Food Class as well. I know it is early but would you know what you plan to teach for that class.
