Home of the Soup Dumplings. I will master these little suckers before I come home… to be continued…

They had to get tons and tons of white bread for the movie set so the kitchen ended up with all the left over loaves and I went bread pudding crazy. Made five bread puddings with each one containing at least three loaves of bread. This one was a particular favorite.

Also made two kinds: sweet and savory. The savory being a first, it was so easy and yummy, just milk, eggs, and lots of parmesan cheese.

Barbara, who is a fellow cook in the kitchen, invited the crew cooks over for a “Thank you, I really like working with you” craw fish boil and my goodness it was insanely delicious.

5lbs per person for a total of 40lbs of yummy craw fish

Giant pot of salmon stew with chickpea salad and grilled zucchini and summer squash.

Salmon Pot with Spinach

Chickpea salad with all sorts of Goodness

Squashes are good for you

Buffet style! with PIE!

Soy Beans are floaters.

Guess this Vegetable. On the package all it said was green vegetable. Tastes like a mix of baby spinach and okra.

Slimey but tasty when cooked

I love to put fresh sprouts in soup at the last moment as garnish, yum
